전세금은 6월 28일에 들어왔습니다. 전세금이 들어온다면 잔금, 취득세, 공사비, 대행비, 경락잔금대출 중도상환수수료 등 모두 합해서 투자금은 천만원 안되게 들어갔습니다. 낙찰 후에 이렇게 신경 하나도 안쓰고 명도, 수리, 전세 세팅까지 논스톱으로 되는걸 보고 아!!! 런포유 흥하겠구나!!! 라고 느낀 물건이였습니다. 런포유 항상 감사합니다.
